Great little spot just outside Hamilton and a perfect base for our North Island adventures. Dee was super friendly and easy-going, which made the whole stay feel really relaxed.
Hiring the e-bikes through Dee was definitely a highlight and such a great way to explore the Waikato River and surrounding sights. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back place to stay in the area.

A very pleasant place to stay as the house is large and modernised interior with 2 bathrooms and an expansive section directly on the banks of the Waikato River. Also this is a very quiet location down a long driveway off the road and quiet neighbors. Dan and Dee are very helpful and friendly hosts. Also we enjoyed the many food options in Ngaruawahia including a New World and only a few kms to Taco Bell.
